StackCert Scholarship Drawing – Official Rules
Last updated: October 17, 2026.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Sponsor
The StackCert CAPM & PMP Scholarship Drawing (the "Drawing") is sponsored by House of Ayo Ventures LLC, doing business as StackCert, a Florida limited liability company, 66 West Flagler Street, Suite 900, PMB 6897, Miami, FL 33130 ("Sponsor"). By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final on all matters relating to the Drawing.
The Drawing is a random-selection sweepstakes. Winners are chosen by chance, not by merit, need, essay or application.
2. Eligibility
The Drawing is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, contractors and owners of Sponsor, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, children) or households, are not eligible.
3. Entry Period
The Drawing begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on December 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on December 14, 2026 (the "Entry Period"). Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be entered. Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper.
4. How to Enter
There are two separate drawings: the CAPM Drawing and the PMP Drawing. To enter, submit your first name and a valid email address during the Entry Period through one of these pages:
- CAPM Drawing: CAPM landing page
- PMP Drawing: PMP landing page
Entering subscribes you to StackCert emails. You may unsubscribe at any time; unsubscribing does not remove your entry.
Limit: one entry per person, in one drawing only. If you submit entries to both drawings, only your first entry (by timestamp) counts and the other is removed. Entries made with multiple email addresses, false information, or automated methods will be disqualified. If there is a dispute over who made an entry, it belongs to the authorized holder of the email address submitted.
5. Winner Selection and Odds
On or about December 16, 2026, Sponsor will select one (1) winner for each drawing by random drawing from all eligible entries received for that drawing, using a random number generator. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for each drawing.
6. Winner Notification
Potential winners will be notified by email on or about December 18, 2026 (the "Announcement Date"). To claim the prize, a potential winner must reply within seven (7) days and return a completed eligibility confirmation and IRS Form W-9.
If a potential winner does not respond in time, is found ineligible, or declines the prize, the prize is forfeited and Sponsor may select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries in that drawing. For an alternate winner, the Announcement Date is the date Sponsor notifies that alternate.
7. Prizes
One prize per drawing. Each prize is a reimbursement of the winner's PMI exam fee, up to the maximum below.
| Drawing | Prize | Maximum reimbursement (USD) |
|---|---|---|
| CAPM | CAPM exam fee reimbursement | $300 |
| PMP | PMP exam fee reimbursement | $675 |
Total value of all prizes: up to $975. Sponsor reimburses the exam fee actually paid to the Project Management Institute (PMI), up to the maximum. The prize does not cover PMI membership, training, study materials, retake fees, travel, or any other cost. The prize is not transferable, and no substitution or cash alternative is offered, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
8. Prize Conditions and Deadlines
To receive the reimbursement, the winner must:
- Take the exam within three (3) months of the Announcement Date (by March 18, 2027 for winners announced December 18, 2026).
- Submit a reimbursement claim within four (4) months of the Announcement Date (by April 18, 2027 for winners announced December 18, 2026), to learn@ayoventures.co, including:
- A receipt or confirmation showing the exam fee paid to PMI, and
- Proof the exam was taken (for example, the PMI exam result notice or score report).
The reimbursement is paid whether the winner passes or fails the exam. Sponsor will issue payment within thirty (30) days of receiving a complete claim, by ACH transfer, PayPal, or another electronic payment method selected by Sponsor.
PMP extension: If a PMI application audit or PMI testing-center scheduling delays prevent the PMP winner from testing within three (3) months, the winner may request an extension in writing before the deadline. Extensions are granted at Sponsor's sole discretion.
If the winner does not meet these deadlines, the prize is forfeited and no alternate winner will be selected.
9. Taxes
Winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes on the prize. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 where required by law. A completed Form W-9 is required before any payment.
10. Publicity
By accepting a prize, the winner agrees that Sponsor may announce their first name, state and drawing (CAPM or PMP). Any other use of the winner's name, likeness or story requires the winner's separate written consent.
11. Privacy
Information collected is used to run the Drawing and to send StackCert emails, which you can unsubscribe from at any time. See Sponsor's privacy policy at stackcert.co/privacy-policy.
12. Disclaimers
The Drawing is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, the Project Management Institute, Inc. (PMI). PMI, CAPM and PMP are registered marks of the Project Management Institute, Inc.
The Drawing is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Meta, LinkedIn or any other social media platform. Entrants release those platforms from any liability.
13. General Conditions
Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process, violates these rules, or acts in a fraudulent or disruptive way. If the Drawing cannot run as planned because of fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond Sponsor's control, Sponsor may cancel, suspend or modify it, and select winners from eligible entries received before that action.
By entering, entrants release Sponsor and its owners, employees and agents from any claims, losses or damages arising from participation in the Drawing or from accepting or using a prize, to the extent allowed by law.
14. Governing Law
These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be resolved individually, without a class action, in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
